Education is focussing on the overall development of the child so that he can become a productive individual. One of the main goals of education is personality development. The teachers have to keep the characteristics of different personalities in mind; accordingly she has to mould her learning strategies. For making necessary changes on students, one should know about self esteem, which is a part of personality.
