Online Student Data Verification

For confirmation of educational verification of our alumni by an employer or higher education Institute directly or through a hiring agency can send their request to the Registrar of the college at adminofficerkjsced@somaiya.edu

Documents Required

  • Duly filled student date verification form
  • Original scan copy or attested Final year marksheet issued by the college/University
  • Convocation Degree certificate
  • Online payment receipt with transaction id. (Request without payment of requisite fees will not be considered for further processing)

The Charges for student data verification are as follows:

Year of passing Administrative Charges per student Postal charges (If hard copy is requested) Time to complete the process after receiving payment
Student of Batch passed in July 2000 and onwards Rs. 1500/- Rs 100/- (Address in India)
Rs 500/- (Address outside India)		 10 working days
Student of Batch passed in July 1999 and before Rs. 2500/- Rs 250/- (Address in India)
Rs 500/- (Address outside India)		 15 working days
