Alumni can avail the academic records (Transcripts, Duplicate Marksheets/Degree Certificates) by writing to the Examination Department at adminofficerkjsced@somaiya.edu
Alumni can come to institute and apply for transcripts by carrying the required documents as mentioned below, pay the transcript fee in Accounts department and submit their documents in Examination department. In case of offline application, submission of documents, payment, receipt of transcript is necessarily to be done in person.
Alumni can mail their below listed documents to adminofficerkjsced@somaiya.edu in pdf format. Transcripts processing fees can be transferred by NEFT using the Bank details shared below. The Exam department will coordinate with Accounts department, get the transcript processed and electronically transfer it to required agencies (WES, IQAS, etc) or courier it to alums.
Alumni must make an advance payment of INR 1000/- for first transcript and INR 1000/- for every subsequent copy of transcript.

- Receipt of Payment of Transcript fees
- Date of birth proof
- Scanned copy of all Mark sheets and degree certificate of the course attended at K J Somaiya School of Education
Alumni can email their request to adminofficerkjsced@somaiya.edu along with below mentioned documents.
- Application for issuance of duplicate document
- File FIR and share the scanned copy
Advance payment of INR 500/- per marksheet and INR 1000/- for degree certificate to be made on below mentioned NEFT details The institute cannot issue duplicate degree certificate for Mumbai University affiliated courses. Alumni will have to apply for the same to Mumbai University directly.
