K J Somaiya College of Education offers Master’s in Arts in Educational Management and  Leadership.This is a  2 year program leading to a Masters degree which helps you to apply educational leadership and management theory to practice and enhance your leadership. It also provides opportunities to engage with latest research and current trends relating to education leadership and management.

Keeping in perspective the multiple entry and exit option given by NEP 2020, the students will have the following option :

  1. Complete 2 semesters of the program and exit with a Diploma ie Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management (PGDEM) or Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership (PGDEL)( as per the program opted).
  2. Complete 4 semesters of the program and exit with Masters of Arts in Educational Management and Leadership.
  3. Re-enter in the 2 nd year and complete 3 and 4 th semester to convert the Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management (PGDEM) or Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership (PGDEL) into a Masters of Arts in Educational Management and  Leadership.
